Out of the Ordinary – Possibilities in Health is a conference sampling some of the best in integrative care. Keynote speakers include the Shamanic team of Evelyn Rysdyk and Allie Knowlton from True North Clinic in Maine. They will present The Creative Power of Emotions to start the weekend of conversation for creating out of the ordinary possibilities in healthcare. This weekend conversation will be in support of the Whole Being Wellness Center, an integrative health care center to be located in San Antonio. All profits from the weekend will go to funding the creation of that center.

The speakers will present on topics ranging from herbalism to Reiki, aromatherapy to music therapy, and acupuncture to vitamins. Come enter into the conversation and be part of a new creation in healthcare here in Central Texas!

Evelyn C. Rysdyk , author of Modern Shamanic Living , and C. Allie Knowlton , MSW, LCSW, DCSW have dedicated their lives to the ancient, Earth-centered, visionary ways of the shaman.  Since 1991, they have worked together as Spirit Passages and are committed to working with Spirit to support profound healing and integration to souls here on Earth--so that all people may remember their sacred connections to All That Is.

Included in Traveling Between the Worlds , a book of interviews with 24 of the most influential teachers and writers of shamanism, they are internationally recognized presenters, teaching workshops on the shamanic journey process and advanced shamanic techniques.

The women have trained with Michael Harner, Ph.D . and Sandra Ingerman, LMFT, LPCC and are graduates of the Foundation for Shamanic Studies Three-Year Program. They have also been very fortunate to study with indigenous teachers.

Allie and Evelyn are ministers of The Circle of the Sacred Earth and founding practitioners of True North, a unique, multi-disciplinary integrative health center in Maine where they have a thriving shamanic healing practice.
