One of the methods that the WBWC uses for stress management, eating management, and many other stress related issues, is the HeartMath technology. We teach the method, provide guidance in it's use, and sell the HeartMath emWave 2 ( or you can purchase it from their website at: http://www.heartmath.org/

Pam Garwood, FNP, our provider, is a member of HeartMath and has received training in the method, and use of the emWave2. She also uses a computer based HeartMath training program in the office for teaching clients.
